Cooking Classes are held on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings in February and March.  Most classes are open to any participant who registers, and if you would like to schedule a private class for your group, please call us early.  Up to 12 Chefs-In-Training may participate in each class. 

The classes are BYOA (Bring Your Own Apron) and last about 3 hours.

In the classes, we prepare a complete meal - then enjoy eating it together!  First, we lay out everything in the kitchen.  We chop all of the vegetables before we open the wine.  (We work with the Corkscrew Wine Emporium to select wines that complement the food.)  By 8:30 that evening, we are ready for the appetizer followed by the main course and dessert.  

Each class prepares a different menu, so bring your friends or family to more than one!
